Fair Team Studios respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is protected when you use fairteam.in.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: your name, mobile number, email address and event/venue details given during login or booking; booking reference numbers and payment preferences; and photos and notes you upload through the Client Order Portal for editing, retouching or album services.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to process bookings, create and deliver albums/editing services, communicate order status, send payment links, and provide customer support. We never sell your personal data or your photos to third parties.
3. Auth & Hosting
Sign-in is handled securely by Google Firebase Authentication (OTP, email/password, and Google Sign-In using your Google account). Booking, order and website data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) and Firebase Storage under the picy-v2 project, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank credentials.
4. Sharing
We share data only with: Firebase / Google Cloud — infrastructure that hosts your data; Razorpay — payment processing; and our studio team — access is role-restricted (admin / manager) to fulfil your order. We do not share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Data Retention
Booking records are retained for at least the statutory period to support refunds, warranties and tax obligations. Photos uploaded by you are retained for delivery and re-work purposes and may be securely deleted upon your written request after the order is complete.
6. Your Choices
You can edit your name and contact details on your Client Dashboard, log out at any time, and request deletion or a copy of your data by emailing us. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel confirmed bookings.
